The hotel is very nice. Breakfast was extensive and featured a fantastic variety of options. The staff was great, the room was very comfortable, and the location is great! Very centrally located!

It was conveniently located for where I needed to be. The food was good on the second floor restaurant.

Although the room was comfortable, it was a bit dated and cleanness could improve.

Whenever I visit Bangkok, this hotel remains my top choice and for good reason. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and polished. The staff truly sets the tone for the stay. Everyone from reception to the club lounge team greets you with genuine smiles and attentiveness that immediately make you feel both comfortable and valued. One of the standout aspects of this hotel is its staff. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests have an exceptional experience. A special mention goes to Kai at reception, who is not only accommodating but exudes a naturally welcoming vibe that puts you at ease. Over at the Club Lounge, Pio and Jommy deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail elevate the guest experience to another level. A particularly memorable moment that reflects the dedication of the staff. I accidentally left my belongings in a taxi. The concierge team namely NU and Tafu didn’t hesitate to step in they promptly investigated and even tracked down the taxi’s plate number. Their proactive attitude and efficiency were top notch. What sets this hotel apart is not just its luxurious amenities, but the consistently high level of service and care. Every stay feels personal and pleasant, with staff who clearly take pride in their work and value their guests. It's rare to find such a balanced combination of professionalism and genuine hospitality.

Everything is exceptional. From the all staff especially the receptionist are highly trained and very welcoming. I stayed for a couple of days with my boyfriend and the service is top tier. During Songkran we’re always wet and the staff at the entrance hotel are prepared with offering towels to the guest upon entering which is really exceptional. The receptionist was easy to communicate with and always smiling. You can really feel the warm welcome from the staff. Every time I request something from the room they always deliver it on time and promptly. This is definitely one of the best hotels in Bangkok from the staff to facilities.

Great hotel!! Excellent location, clean rooms, rich and luxurious breakfast, the hotel staff is kind and always happy to help. Every time I travel to Bangkok, I will return only to this hotel!!!

The hotel is beutiful, the room is very elegant and large, with a rain shower, seperate area for toilet and a bath. There is safe, hot kettle, mini fridge. The beds are very comfortable.

There's a 8-10 minute walk to the subway and to the sky train.

FACILITIES: comprehensive with very latest machines. Good size pool and warm.BREAKFAST: what a fantastic choice of juices, smoothies, cakes, Thai, American etc

We had 4 days holiday with CLUB package with free using the CLUB lounge (worth to choose, check what is icluded...) central location, hotel building is not so new, but inside enterior, rooms are excellent, very clean, hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and well trained. We had like our personal assistant Lady Kate, who helped us at check-in, indroducing hotel facilities, CLUB services, SPA/welness/pool etc. There was several option for breakfast, very wide range of meals. It was better than we thinked it.

Central location and sometimes Bangkok car traffic jam is crazy so you can check famous TUK-TUK, you have to fix the price in advance, basicly 300 baht/ USD 10 within few kilometer distance.

Location, Room, comfort

Being met by security guard at door - no matter how friendly - it is a real turn-off. I have stayed in hotel several times and this was a shock - first impressions are most important. I don't know of many 5 star hotels who do this.

The room was large and spacious. Great bed and linen. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Location is very convenient on the one hand, on the other, it's a bit too close to the sleazy Pat Pong market and its surroundings.

There is no real lobby, where one can just relax a bit, after wondering about town, or before. No area that you can just sit and stare aimlessly. The bar is on the second floor and has no vibe whatsoever ?‍♀️
